Emma Rapoport has worked in the L&D (now called People Development) team at Google for 6 years in both London & New York. She has had a variety of manager & individual roles including Sales Training, Management & Leadership Development & most recently Team Development & Consulting. Her areas of interest include management & leadership development, effective communication, self awareness and emotional intelligence, team dynamics and capacity building.
